ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredient
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
☆ Combined Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌰 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Mix the ☆ combined seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Place the chicken thigh skin-side down and make 4 shallow cuts vertically using a knife. Rub sake and salt into the chicken until absorbed. Wrap the chicken in aluminum foil, apply the ☆ mixture on the surface, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Place the wrapped chicken in a frying pan, add water (about 1cm deep), cover with a lid, and steam over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
Let the chicken cool in the pan. Remove, drain excess water, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve on a plate.
