ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- Sufficient amount of cabbage
- Sufficient amount of kaiware sprouts
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sake
ШАГИ
Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix all the miso sauce ingredients in a container.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned on both sides, then cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry until translucent. Pour in the miso sauce and stir-fry until well combined.
