Meat
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin
Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Bread
- 🍞 30g breadcrumbs
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
ШАГИ
Roll each slice of melting cheese tightly into a cylinder.
Make a central cut in each chicken tenderloin, then butterfly it open by slicing horizontally. Season with salt and pepper.
Place a rolled cheese slice on one tenderloin and cover it with another tenderloin to sandwich the cheese. Repeat for all pieces.
Coat the chicken sandwiches evenly with mayonnaise, then cover them with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 170°C (about 1cm depth). Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through on both sides.
