- 🍗 2 chicken tenderloins
- 🌱 2 okras
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 1 mentaiko roe
- 🧈 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)

Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and make several cuts.
Place the chicken in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with salt and sake, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until cooked through. Let cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
Rub the okra with salt, roll it, and make several cuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Let cool and slice diagonally.
Extract the roe from the mentaiko. In a bowl, combine the chicken, okra, and the ingredients for the mentaiko mayo sauce. Mix well and serve.
