Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp shio koji
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces and slice the king oyster mushrooms thinly after halving them horizontally.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and sake, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken and mushrooms, and cook until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
Wipe off excess oil, add the avocado, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the shio koji, sake, and grated garlic, mix gently to coat the ingredients, and season with pepper before turning off the heat.
