ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 4 green beans, trimmed and sliced
- 🌽 80g canned corn
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
ШАГИ
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the onion thinly and trim green beans, cutting them diagonally into thirds.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until its color changes.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened, then add green beans and canned corn, cooking briefly.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry until everything is well coated.
