- 🍗 400g chicken thighs
Seasoning
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 1 cup water
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 5 tbsp ketchup
- 🍶 2.5 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- Pinch of ground pepper
ШАГИ
Wash the chicken thighs and pat them dry.
Place the chicken thighs in a frying pan and add 1 cup of water.
Add 1.5 tbsp of minced garlic to the pan.
Add 5 tbsp ketchup, 5 tbsp soy sauce, 2.5 tbsp vinegar, 2.5 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp butter to the pan.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, add a pinch of ground pepper.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the chicken cook. Flip the chicken occasionally for even cooking.
Uncover the pan and simmer the sauce until it thickens. Press the chicken thighs gently to ensure they are fully cooked.
Serve the chicken thigh steak with the reduced sauce.
