- 1 yuzu
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp sake
Yuzu Scallion Salt Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 scallion, minced
- 2 tbsp yuzu juice
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Peel 5 thin slices of yuzu skin, remove the white part, mince the peel, and squeeze the juice (2 tbsp). Mince the scallion.
Mix the minced yuzu peel, scallion, and other sauce ingredients in a bowl to make the yuzu scallion salt sauce.
Cut the chicken thigh in half and season with salt and sake.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook until browned.
Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and drizzle the yuzu scallion salt sauce over it.
