ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 100g firm tofu
- 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
- 1/4 bunch garlic chives
Condiments
- 30g kimchi
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Liquids
- 400ml water
ШАГИ
Cut the garlic chives into bite-sized pieces and trim the enoki mushrooms, cutting them in half and separating them.
Heat a pot with water and Japanese dashi granules until boiling, then add the enoki mushrooms and simmer on medium-low heat for 1 minute.
Crumble the tofu into the pot by hand, dissolve the miso into the soup, and add the kimchi.
Warm the soup lightly, add the garlic chives, stir briefly, and drizzle sesame oil on top before serving.
