ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 4 pieces chikuwa
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
Filling
- 80g ground pork
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp potato starch
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Place all filling ingredients (☆) into a storage bag and knead until sticky.
Cut the corner of the bag.
Pipe the filling into the holes of the chikuwa and cut each into three equal pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the stuffed chikuwa. Sear both ends until browned.
Cook over medium heat, rolling the pieces for about 3 minutes. Cover with a lid and reduce to low heat. Steam for another 3 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
Add the seasoning ingredients (★) to the pan and coat the chikuwa evenly.
Add white sesame seeds and toss to combine.
