    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Separate the lily bulb into individual petals, clean them, and cut larger pieces in half. Microwave in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W.

Cut the bok choy into quarters, then slice the stems into six pieces. Mince the garlic.

Mix pork with sake, salt, and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.

Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add the pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.

Add lily bulb and bok choy stems to the pan, stir-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add the seasoning mixture and cover the pan, cooking for another 2 minutes.

Add bok choy leaves, stir until cooked, then drizzle sesame oil and mix briefly.
