ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 200g taro, peeled and washed
- 150g daikon, peeled and chopped
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 3 slices ginger
- Cilantro, chopped as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 150ml water
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Peel and wash the taro, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and chop the daikon into bite-sized pieces. Slice the shiitake mushrooms and ginger.
Chop the cilantro into 2cm pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add chicken, and stir-fry until browned (about 3 minutes).
Add taro, daikon, shiitake, ginger, sake, and water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 7–8 minutes until taro is tender.
Add sugar, salt, chicken stock powder, and oyster sauce. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes to blend flavors.
Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens (about 1 minute).
Serve on a plate and garnish with cilantro.
