ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 🐚 250g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g green onion (1/2 stalk)
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧅 Chopped green onion (to taste)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Cut off the chili pepper stem and remove the seeds. Chop coarsely.
Mix the ingredients for the Chinese-style sauce in a bowl. Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add clams and green onion, and stir-fry briefly. Add sake and cover the pan, steaming for about 3 minutes until the clam shells open.
Pour the Chinese-style sauce into the pan and bring to a boil. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
