ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag chingensai (bok choy)
Seafood
- 20g shirasu (whitebait)
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 300ml water
ШАГИ
Cut the root off the chingensai and slice into 2cm pieces.
In a pot, mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, chicken stock powder, and water) and bring to a boil. Add the chingensai and rice, then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the shirasu and mix briefly. Serve in a bowl and drizzle with sesame oil.
