Cake Base
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 50g sugar
- 🌾 40g all-purpose flour
- 🍫 10g cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 drops vanilla essence
Cheese Cream
- 🍫 40g white chocolate
- 🧀 150g cream cheese
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
Toppings
- 🌰 20g unsalted mixed nuts
- 🧂 Powdered sugar as needed

Prepare the ingredients: Bring eggs and cream cheese to room temperature. Sift the flour and cocoa powder together. Grease the baking pan with butter and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
In a bowl, crack the eggs and add sugar. Mix well and beat with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
Add the sifted flour and cocoa powder to the egg mixture and fold gently with a spatula.
Add vegetable oil and vanilla essence, mix lightly, and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 35–40 minutes. Let it cool completely.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 40 seconds at 600W. Stir until smooth, then mix in the cream cheese and lemon juice to make the cheese cream.
Roughly chop the mixed nuts.
Spread the cheese cream over the cooled cake, sprinkle with chopped nuts, and dust with powdered sugar as desired.
