- 🥩 400g sirloin steak
- 1 bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic
Sauce Ingredients
- 4 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
ШАГИ
Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Chop the vegetables into appropriate sizes and slice the garlic thinly.
Mix tonkatsu sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and sugar to create the sauce.
Heat a pan, add butter, and stir-fry the steak, garlic slices, and vegetables in sequence. Once cooked, add the sauce and stir-fry until well combined.
