ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 100g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Soy Products
- 1 piece fried tofu (200g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sliced red chili
- 💧 100ml water
ШАГИ
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Dice the tomato into bite-sized pieces and julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and lightly fry both sides. Add clams and tomato, stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, red chili, water) and ginger. Stir briefly, cover the pan, and simmer over low heat for 6–7 minutes until the clams open.
