ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Grains
- 🍚 240g cooked white rice
Seafood
- 🦪 50g shelled clams
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 pack bok choy
- 40g minced Zha Cai
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste white sesame seeds
- to taste chili oil
Liquids
- 💧 400ml water
ШАГИ
Cut bok choy into bite-sized pieces.
Mince Zha Cai finely.
Rinse cooked rice with water and drain.
Crack eggs into a bowl and beat until mixed.
In a pot, bring water, minced Zha Cai, and salt to a boil.
Add clams, bok choy stems, and bok choy leaves in sequence. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add rice and bring to a boil. Pour beaten eggs into the pot and let them set. Stir in sesame oil.
Serve in bowls and garnish with sesame seeds and chili oil.
