ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 🦪 150g frozen clam meat
Vegetables
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍶 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
Garnish
- Chopped mitsuba as needed
ШАГИ
In a bowl, mix 200ml water (not listed) with 1 tsp salt (not listed) until dissolved. Add frozen clams and let them thaw for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Drain and pat dry with a paper towel.
Peel and julienne the ginger.
In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder), and water up to the 2-cup line. Mix well and level the rice. Spread the clams and ginger evenly on top. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped mitsuba.
