    • 🍝 180g spaghetti
  • Seafood

    • 🦪 300g clams (purged)
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 1 leaf (100g) spring cabbage
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Soup Base

    • 🍅 400cc unsalted tomato juice
    • 💧 200cc water
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • to taste black pepper

Mix all soup base ingredients in a frying pan.

Add clams and heat over medium-low heat with a lid until clams open. Remove clams.

Break spaghetti in half and add to the pan. Stir and cook covered on low heat for 2 minutes less than the package instructions.

Uncover and stir to loosen the spaghetti.

Tear cabbage into pieces and add to the pan. Cook until softened.

Return clams to the pan and drizzle olive oil over the dish.
