ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Busse Dough
- 🥚 2 egg whites
- 🧂 60g sugar
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
- 50g cake flour
Cream
- 🧀 50g cream cheese
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🥛 50ml heavy cream
Finishing
- 🧂 2 tsp powdered sugar
ШАГИ
Prepare egg whites by chilling them in the refrigerator. Sift the cake flour and bring cream cheese to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, whip egg whites with a hand mixer until fluffy. Gradually add sugar in two portions, whipping until soft peaks form.
Add egg yolks and mix. Fold in the sifted cake flour gently using a spatula.
Pipe the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming cloud shapes about 2cm in diameter. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Cool completely.
For the cream, mix softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the cream evenly on half of the baked busse pieces and sandwich with the remaining pieces. Dust with powdered sugar.
