ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g cod fillet
- 🐖 160g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧈 150g firm tofu
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🥔 300g potatoes, peeled and halved
- 100g kimchi
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 600ml water
ШАГИ
Slice the green onion thinly and cut the tofu into quarters.
Peel and halve the potatoes, soak in water, then microwave for 5 minutes at 600W.
Cut the cod fillet in half and season with salt and pepper. Slice the pork belly into 3cm pieces.
Heat 2 tsp sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, cook the cod and pork belly until browned.
Push the cod and pork to the side, add 1 tsp sesame oil, then stir-fry the green onion and kimchi.
Add the soup base ingredients, potatoes, and tofu. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
