Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces cod roe
- 250g rice cake slices
- 5 dumplings
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/3 zucchini
- 1-2 chili peppers
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 500ml anchovy kelp stock
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Seaweed flakes to garnish
ШАГИ
Prepare 500ml anchovy kelp stock. Alternatively, use 1 tbsp beef stock powder or store-bought hot pot broth.
Soak frozen rice cake slices in water while preparing vegetables.
Slice zucchini, onion, green onion, and chili peppers.
Cut cod roe into bite-sized pieces.
Mix softened rice cakes with 1.5 tbsp soy sauce.
Bring the stock to a boil and add rice cakes and dumplings.
Add zucchini, onion, and cod roe to the boiling stock.
Pour in beaten eggs and add chili peppers. Optionally, remove chili peppers after steeping for a milder flavor.
Finish with sliced green onion.
Garnish with ground sesame seeds and seaweed flakes.
