- 🥓 10 strips of bacon
Vegetables
- 10 perilla leaves
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 🍄 1 pack of enoki mushrooms, trimmed
Condiments
- Mustard or chili sauce, as needed
ШАГИ
Clean the perilla leaves, trim the enoki mushrooms, and slice the bell peppers after removing seeds.
Place a perilla leaf on top of each bacon strip.
Layer sliced bell peppers and enoki mushrooms on top of the perilla leaf.
Roll the bacon tightly around the vegetables.
Pan-fry the rolls in a preheated skillet until the bacon is golden and crispy.
