    • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 🧈 10g salted butter

Microwave the frozen mixed vegetables in a heatproof container for 2 minutes at 600W. Drain and cool, then coat with potato starch.

In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk. Add ground meat, salt, pepper, and the prepared mixed vegetables. Mix until sticky.

Divide the mixture into two portions and shape into oval patties while removing air pockets.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned, flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 7–8 minutes until fully cooked. Plate the patties.

Wipe excess oil from the pan with a paper towel. Heat the pan on low, add sauce ingredients, and stir until butter melts and thickens. Pour over the patties.
