ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken thighs (400g)
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
Other
- Flour, as needed
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
ШАГИ
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Dice the tomato and cucumber, and chop the onion into small pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook until crispy. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 4–5 minutes. Plate the chicken.
Mix the sauce ingredients (ponzu sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper) in a bowl. Add the diced vegetables and mix well. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
