Seafood
- 🦪 6 scallops
- 🍤 6 peeled shrimp (90g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the onion. Cut the scallops in half. Defrost the shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the onion and sauté until softened. Add shrimp and scallops, sauté briefly, then add flour and stir until no longer powdery.
Pour in milk, add salt and pepper, and cook while stirring until the mixture thickens.
Divide the mixture into heatproof dishes, top with pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for about 7 minutes until golden brown.
