ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), julienned
- 🌽 1 ear of corn (300g), kernels removed
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Oil & Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
ШАГИ
Julienne the potatoes and cut the corn in half lengthwise. Remove the kernels by slicing along the cob.
Mix the potatoes, corn kernels, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the mixture, and flatten it into a round shape. Cook over medium heat for about 6 minutes, pressing occasionally.
Flip the galette onto a plate, return it to the pan, and cook for another 6 minutes over medium heat until crispy.
