- 🥒 1 cucumber
Protein
- 100g fresh okara
- 🐟 40g canned tuna
Other
- 🌽 2 tbsp whole corn
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Slice the cucumber thinly, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, rub with hands, and squeeze out excess water. Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Place the okara in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes. Add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
Combine the cucumber, tuna, and corn with the seasoned okara mixture. Mix well and serve.
