- 🥒 2 cucumbers (200g)
- 5 shiso leaves
Condiments
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Cut off both ends of the cucumbers and divide them into thirds. Place them in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to smash them into bite-sized pieces.
Add salted kombu, sesame oil, and shiso leaves (torn into small pieces) into the bag. Gently massage the mixture through the bag and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
