- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
Fermented Products
- 30g sake lees
Liquids
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Sweeteners
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ШАГИ
Trim both ends of the cucumber and peel roughly. Cut it in half lengthwise.
In a plastic bag, add sake lees and water. Knead until the sake lees become smooth. Add sugar and salt, then knead until well combined.
Add the cucumber to the bag and knead gently. Remove the air from the bag and seal it. Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
Wipe off the sake lees and cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces before serving.
