- 🍞 4 slices of bread
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧈 2 slices of butter
- Jam as needed
- Spread as needed
ШАГИ
Prepare two slices of bread and create a hole in the center of each slice.
Spread jam or any spread of your choice on the slices without holes.
Place a slice of butter on each jam-spread slice and cover with the bread slices with holes.
Crack an egg into each hole and sprinkle parsley on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 15-20 minutes.
