Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 150g daikon radish, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced
- 1/2 piece ginger, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 200cc water
ШАГИ
Slice the daikon radish into 1.5cm thick pieces, then halve them. Slice the carrot into 1cm thick pieces and thinly slice the ginger.
Heat salad oil and ginger in a pot over medium heat until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the daikon and carrot to the pot and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and mix well. Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add miso and dissolve it into the stew. Simmer on low heat for an additional 3 minutes.
