- 200g daikon, julienned
- 3 shiso leaves, julienned
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Julienne the daikon and rub it with 1/3 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients). Let it sit for 2 minutes, then squeeze out excess water. Julienne the shiso leaves.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the daikon until it becomes translucent.
