ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Essential Ingredients
- 1 handful wild chive
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 green chili
- 💧 500ml water
- 🐟 5 dried anchovies
- 2 pieces 5cm kelp
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
ШАГИ
Cut wild chive, zucchini, onion, and tofu into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onion and green chili thinly.
Boil dried anchovies and kelp in 500ml water for 10 minutes to make broth, then strain.
Add soybean paste to the broth and dissolve. Add onion and zucchini, then bring to a boil.
Add tofu, red pepper powder, green chili, minced garlic, and green onion. Boil again briefly.
Top with wild chive and simmer for 1 minute before serving.
