- 🎃 300g of pumpkin, cut into slices of 1.5cm
Oil
- Enough salad oil to cover a depth of 1cm in the pan
ШАГИ
Remove the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin. Place on a microwave-safe plate, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Cut into slices of 1.5cm.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to a depth of 1cm at 170°C. Fry the pumpkin slices for 3–4 minutes until golden brown, then flip. Fry for another 2–3 minutes until soft and fully cooked.
