ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast
Herbs
- 10 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 cube umami chicken stock
Coating
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Cut the chicken breast into three sections along the grain, then slice each section diagonally against the grain into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken and sake in a frying pan. Crush the umami chicken stock cube into powder and add half of it. Tear the shiso leaves and add them. Massage until the liquid is absorbed, then coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in the pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken, flipping occasionally, until cooked through and crispy (6–7 minutes). Drain excess oil, toss in a bowl with the remaining umami chicken stock powder.
