    • 🥬 2 leaves of lettuce (60g)
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)

    • 🧈 10g salted butter
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Meat

    • 100g ground meat
  • Spices & Seasoning

    • 1 tsp curry powder
    • 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Liquid

    • 💧 50cc water

Mince the onion and shred the lettuce.

Toast two slices of bread together in a toaster for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Spread 1/4 of the butter on the inner side of each slice.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until the color changes. Add minced onion and sauté until softened. Stir in curry powder and flour until no lumps remain. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and water. Simmer on low heat for 3–5 minutes until thickened and water is reduced.

Place half of the shredded lettuce and dry curry on one slice of bread. Cover with another slice of bread. Wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap and let it rest for 5 minutes. Repeat for the second sandwich. Remove the wrap and cut each sandwich in half.
