    • 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
    • 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
    • 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of black pepper

Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Cut king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces.

In a large microwave-safe container, mix soy sauce, grated garlic, chicken broth powder, and sesame oil. Add the mushrooms and canned tuna, then mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Remove the container, stir the mixture, and cover loosely again. Microwave at 600W for another 2 minutes 30 seconds. Sprinkle black pepper and mix thoroughly.
