- 🍞 1 slice of sandwich bread
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can of tuna (80g)
Vegetables
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
Eggs
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
Dairy
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
Condiments
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Tear the sandwich bread into bite-sized pieces. Drain the tuna. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. In a small bowl, mix the onsen egg lightly with mayonnaise.
Lightly coat a skillet with olive oil. Place the bread pieces in the skillet, then evenly distribute the tuna over the bread. Scatter the cherry tomatoes and spoon the egg-mayonnaise mixture in several spots.
Sprinkle shredded pizza cheese over the entire mixture. Bake in a toaster oven for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Cover with aluminum foil if it starts to burn.
