Pasta
- 🍝 80g spaghetti
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🍆 1 medium eggplant
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sliced red chili
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Cut the bacon into 1cm-wide strips.
Trim the eggplant, halve it lengthwise, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the rest.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic and chili, and cook until fragrant. Add bacon and eggplant, sauté until the eggplant softens. Add spaghetti, reserved pasta water, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
