ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- A small amount of sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
- A small amount of cooking oil
- A small amount of black pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp broth or water
ШАГИ
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and stir-fry the sliced onion.
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms, rinse lightly, and cut into 3-4 sections.
Add the enoki mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then add soy sauce, mirin, and broth (or water) to simmer.
Serve warm rice in a bowl, top with a fried egg, add the enoki mushroom mixture, and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
