Fish
- 🐟 2 cod fillets
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Coating
- Sufficient potato starch
Cooking Oil
- Sufficient salad oil
Topping
- 🧅 Sufficient chopped green onion
Sauce
- 1/3 daikon grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 100 ml water
ШАГИ
Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces, pat dry with paper towels, and sprinkle with salt.
Lightly coat the cod pieces with potato starch.
Heat oil to medium temperature and fry the cod until crispy.
Drain excess water from the grated daikon, mix with sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Plate the fried cod, pour the grated daikon sauce over it, and garnish with chopped green onion.
