- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 1/4 stalk chopped white negi
- 50g grated nagaimo
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Cooking Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
ШАГИ
Finely chop the white part of the negi.
Grate the nagaimo.
In a bowl, mix natto, its sauce, mustard, chopped negi, grated nagaimo, flour, and salt.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C. Scoop the mixture with a spoon, shape into rounds, and fry until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
