Main Ingredients
- 🍝 1 cup fusilli pasta
- 🥚 10 peeled quail eggs
- 🥬 1 handful baby greens
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Soy Sauce Dressing
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ШАГИ
Prepare the soy sauce dressing by mixing soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar, oligosaccharide, and a pinch of salt. Chill in the refrigerator.
Boil fusilli pasta in salted water for 8–10 minutes.
Drain the cooked fusilli and toss lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place baby greens in a serving bowl and add the fusilli pasta.
Top the salad with peeled quail eggs.
Drizzle the chilled soy sauce dressing over the salad and serve.
