- 🥔 6 baby potatoes (300g)
Seafood
- 40g dried shirasu
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 1/2 tsp soy sauce

- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Wash baby potatoes with skin on, cut them in half lengthwise, and soak in water. Drain the water. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Place the baby potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the microwaved potatoes and fry over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Add dried shirasu, soy sauce, and salt and pepper, then stir briefly.
