Main Ingredients
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ШАГИ
Slice the garlic thinly.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat, add cooking oil, and sauté the sliced garlic and minced garlic to create garlic-infused oil.
Once the garlic turns golden brown, add salt and soy sauce, mix lightly, and turn off the heat.
Add one bowl of cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the seasoning.
Turn the heat back on, add butter, and mix thoroughly until the rice is coated.
Serve the garlic fried rice and enjoy!
