- 🦐 200g shrimp
Vegetables
- 🍋 1 wedge lemon
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Grate the garlic.
Prepare the shrimp by trimming the tail and head, removing the vein, and washing thoroughly.
Mix the shrimp with garlic, sake, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Add the marinated shrimp and cook on medium heat until the shrimp changes color.
Plate the shrimp, garnish with parsley, and serve with a wedge of lemon.
