ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
- 120g cabbage leaves
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the bell peppers in half, remove seeds and pith, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper, and massage it into the meat.
Heat half of the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over low heat, add garlic, and cook until golden brown. Remove the garlic and set aside. Add the pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes, then remove the pork.
Wipe the pan clean, add the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp), and heat. Add the cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry briefly until coated with oil.
Return the pork to the pan, add sake and soy sauce, and stir-fry to combine. Add the garlic back and mix briefly.
