ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🐟 200g tuna sashimi block
- 50g kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Cut the roots off the kaiware sprouts and slice the garlic thinly.
Cut the tuna into 2cm thick slices and season with salt and pepper. Coat both sides with flour.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Remove garlic once golden.
In the same pan, cook the tuna slices over medium heat until both sides are browned. Remove from the pan.
Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened. Serve the tuna and kaiware sprouts on a plate, garnish with garlic, and pour the sauce over.
